I ordered an arrangement on July 3rd and miraculously it was delivered July 4th morning! That's five star service! The flowers are beautiful and the service exceptional! Made my girlfriend's day big time! Thanks a million, Rick!

From the moment we stepped in, we felt genuinely welcomed. During such a difficult time of loss, that meant more than I can express. We shared what we were hoping for, and she immediately began thoughtfully putting arrangements together, showing us ideas and reassuring us that everything would be beautiful. We spent quite a bit of time there, yet she remained patient, calm, and incredibly sincere. She didn’t rush us. She understood that our emotions were all over the place and gently guided us through each step with compassion and care. When we were leaving, she handed each of us a flower and gave us a hug. That small gesture spoke volumes. When you’re grieving, that’s exactly the kind of love and kindness you hope to receive. I’m beyond grateful for the way we were treated and highly recommend this shop to anyone needing not just beautiful flowers, but genuine heart behind them. 💛

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my just for a special surprise. The flowers were pretty the first day. They were delivered but they were left at the garage door which is in the sun. I had requested that they were left at the FD. They were received on July 3rd and by July 6th they were in really bad shape. The heads of flowers literally started to just fall off. :(

My husband called a number he believed was Flowerama in Lorain and ordered an arrangement of roses ferns carnations and another filler flowers. With this arrangement he also ordered a small birthday balloon that you can get at the dollar store and a bear that looks like it came from Temu for 2.00 or less. There were 9 roses in this 160.00 arrangement and all of them wilted within three days and petals fell off on the fourth day. The ferns were dead because they were cut too short and couldn't reach the water in the vase. I called this florist and got a third party answering service lady who sounded like she was from India. When I asked how I got her when the number was supposed to be directly to Puskas Family Flowers she stammered and said she was an at home answering service. Someone is scamming people.
